Aluminium Zinc Sheet
1. Heat reflectivity:
The heat reflectivity of aluminium-zinc coated steel sheet is very high, twice as much as that of galvanised steel sheet, and it is often used as a material for heat insulation.
2.Heat resistance:
Aluminium-zinc alloy steel sheet has good heat resistance, can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius, and aluminium-plated steel resistance to high-temperature oxidation is very similar, often used in chimney tubes, ovens, lamps and fluorescent lampshades. Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of aluminised zinc coils is mainly due to aluminium, which protects. When the zinc is abraded, the aluminium forms a dense layer of aluminium oxide, which prevents the corrosion-resistant material from further corroding the interior.
3. Economy:
Since the density of 55% AL-Zn is smaller than that of Zn, the area of aluminium-zinc coated steel sheet is more than 3% larger than that of galvanised steel sheet with the same weight and thickness of the plating layer.
4. Easy to paint:
Aluminium-zinc plated steel sheet has excellent adhesion to paint and can be painted without pre-treatment or weathering.
The paint adhesion of the gold-plated layer of aluminium-zinc-plated steel sheet is more excellent, so it can also be directly coated on advertising boards and general-use boards without pretreatment such as Weathering.

6. Aluminium-zinc plated steel sheets have similar processing and coating properties to galvanised steel sheets.
Aluminium-zinc plated steel sheets have a characteristic smooth, flat and ornate starburst surface with a silver-white base colour. The special coating structure gives it excellent corrosion resistance. Aluminium-zinc-plated plate normal service life of up to 25a, heat resistance is very good, can be used for 315 ℃ high temperature environment; plating and paint film adhesion is good, has good processing performance, can be stamping, shearing, welding, etc.; surface conductivity is very good.
Plating composition by weight ratio of 55% of aluminium and 43.4% of zinc, 1.6% of silicon composition. The production process of aluminium-zinc plated steel sheet is similar to that of galvanised steel and aluminium-plated sheet, which is a continuous melt coating process. 55% aluminium-zinc alloy coated aluminium-zinc plated steel sheet has superior corrosion resistance when exposed to the same environment on both sides compared to galvanised steel sheet with the same thickness. 55% aluminium-zinc alloy coated aluminium-zinc plated steel sheet is not only good for corrosion resistance but also for colour coated products, which have excellent adhesion and flexibility.
